Cameroon Tourist Visa – Mexican Nationality:
STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL TOURIST VISAS

• A) Applicant’s Passport: original, undamaged, and valid for at least another 7 months.
• B) Visa Application Form: Visa application form please download, complete, print and sign Cameroon visa application
  • Tourist travelers bringing guns to Cameroon to hunt must also include:
    • 2 completed signed gun permit applications (attached to main application)
    • 4 additional passport photos
    • Notarized resume or curriculum vitae
    • Medical certificate of letter from doctor attesting the applicant is in good health to hunt in Cameroon

• C) Photograph: two recent, clear, front view, in color, professional 2″x2″ passport photo of the applicant with a plain white or off-white  background.

• D) Itinerary: copy of your round-trip ticket, reservation, or letter from a travel agency under applicant’s name, listing flight number and arrival/departure dates and reservation code provided by the airline.
• E) Bank Statements: copies of the past 3 months of applicants most recent bank statements.
• F) Yellow Fever Vaccination: Applicant must include a completed ICVP for Yellow Fever with the vaccine center’s stamp

REQUIREMENTS FOR NON-US CITIZENS:

• G) Proof of U.S. Citizenship: Notarized copy of front and back of green card. (A valid U.S. visa with a valid I-94 card is also acceptable.)
